Filling your taxes is never fun or easy. When it comes to crypto, it can be even more excruciating. That is why the Norwegian blockchain group is hosting a webinar tomorrow, on the 24th of April, to inform us what we actually have to report, how to do it and general updates on the industry.
Whether you have bought, sold, paid, ‘minited’ or even received cryptocurrency as a gift in 2019, it needs to be reported to the Norwegian Tax Administration.
During this free webinar, we will hear from key players from the Norwegian blockchain community. Together with the Norwegian Tax administration, we will take a closer look at the new regulations around cryptocurrency, how to file and what to remember when filing. There will also be an open Q&A session that will be anonymous. You can also send questions in already here. It is important to note that this webinar will be in Norwegian.
The program will include Torstein Wibye, leader of the Norwegian Tax Administration crypto department. Other participants include Magnus Jones from EY, Stig Kjos-Mathisen from Norwegian Block Exchange, Thuc Hoang from MiraiEx, Nikolai Gobel from Kaupang Krypto and Torbjørn Bull Jenssen from Arcane Crypto.
